I just went to the park which is where I run but it so windy, I turned around and came home. I have been running 4-5 miles and had wanted to try for 6 today but I knew with the wind, I wouldn't get very far. I think March is the worst month in for wind in Oklahoma and of course it it the month, I need to be stepping it up. Maybe next week will be better.
I watched my granddaughter Abbey this morning and she likes to run all around the house. We went in the backyard, where she likes to run back and forth. So maybe she will join us in 2025.
Yes it's extremely windy today. I'm going to try going 5 or 6 miles tomorrow or Sunday...
