So I was going to comment to Thais but then I just decided to post. Jay is totally right on the good/bad running days. I ran today and just felt rather blah most of the way. I sometimes think that it has to do with what I ate the day before and probably what I have eaten before I run. Then perhaps some days, one just doesn't run well. Yay for your time Jay, I agree that you probably just kind of go. Curtis runs much faster than me and it appears that you run much faster than me. Sue and I noticed last summer when we did our August 1/2 that she was a bit faster than me but that I seemed to have a bit more endurance (at least on hills). I seem to go between 10-11 minute/miles but the more I do the slower I get. Oh well, it is just about finishing, right?!
So I did 5.64 today, but my knees were hurting. Probably just old age :)

About 10 minutes/mile seems like a good pace for me right now. I just have to watch my tendency to speed up from that.
