Migraine forstalls running

I had a migraine headache Friday at work and still have it somewhat, so I haven't run since Wednesday. The course I am running is about 1.8 miles, some of which is slightly uphill. Maybe that makes up for the lack of distance. I am able to run the whole downhill half and most of the uphill half. I can see that the breathing is not as hard, but my legs want to get shaky at times. It would be nice to Phoebe but I am afraid she would run in front of me and make me fall. She could use the exercise to use up the puppy energy.

I would rather go barefoot than anything else, so maybe I should check out Jay's shoes.

  1. Yay Thais!! I knew you could do it. It doesn't sound like you're doing too bad endurance-wise. You know the 5K is just a bit over 3 miles so a couple of times around that course would do it.
